External MaterialThe Elite knee pads use a durable nylon construction with leather overlays in the high wear areas. Knee CapThe goalies knee is protected by a Curv composite outer guard lined with Poron for comfort and added impact resistance. The Elite has a much wider knee cap cover making it slightly bulkier than the Pro knee pad. LinerBauer uses their ThermoMax liner which is a comfortable, breathable moisture wicking liner designed to keep you cool throughout the game. StrappingThe Elite knee pads use a three strap system, the top two are made of elastic while the bottom one is made of a more contouring webbing designed to lock to the leg better making the knee pads more comfortable.
